How much does it cost to use a tax service like H&R block?

I feel like, as a student who is new to the tax process and who is confused (I have a lot of scholarship money that is taxable as I am a full ride scholar) and I did it wrong in the past, I want to use a tax service for this time so that I can get used to it for the f uture.
What kind of fees do they charge?

H R Block uses employees to ask you questions that you have to answer and they plug them into the same type of program you could do yourself so you could either save money and buy their software file with them on line or go a totally different route and go to a CPA or tax accountant

but like dude said above i wouldnt use a big company either, the private ones tend to do a better job and get you more money.

Personally, I would use a private tax preparer, usually companies like H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt will not get you nearly what a private preparer will.
